What we collect
When you enquire via the booking form or WhatsApp, we receive the details you share with us: your name, contact details, event date, guest count and any preferences or dietary requirements you tell us about.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, plan and quote your event, and deliver the service you booked. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking you first.
Where it lives
Booking enquiries are delivered to our business inbox and stored in the systems we use to manage events. Basic, anonymous website statistics may be collected to understand how visitors use the site.
Your rights (POPIA)
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp at 083 728 3280 and we'll sort it out.
