Weddings

Wedding catering in Cape Town.

From canapé hour to late-night bites — menus that move with your day, your venue and your dance floor.

Food that follows your day

A wedding isn't one meal — it's a sequence. Canapés and bubbles while the photos happen, starters as everyone finds their seats, mains timed between the speeches, dessert when the light goes golden, and something wonderful and greasy at 11pm when the dance floor needs it. We design the menu around that rhythm with you, then run the kitchen so precisely you never think about it again.

Venues we love

Winelands estates, private farms, family gardens, city rooftops and everything in between across greater Cape Town. Limited venue kitchen? That's a planning detail, not a problem — we've cooked full wedding feasts from field kitchens. Prefer fire and theatre? A gourmet spit braai makes a spectacular relaxed wedding feast.

What it costs

Our Vineyard Wedding Feast starts from R520 per person: canapés after the ceremony, shared starters at the table, a choice of two plated mains, and a dessert table with late-night sliders. From there the menu flexes with your day — browse sample menus for starting points, then tell us about your wedding and you'll get one clear written quote.

Frequently asked

How much does wedding catering cost per person in Cape Town?

Most Cape Town wedding menus land somewhere between roughly R350 and R800+ per person depending on courses, service style and staffing. Our Vineyard Wedding Feast starts from R520 per person — canapés after the ceremony, shared starters at the table, a choice of two plated mains, and a dessert table with late-night sliders. Your written quote is built on your exact menu and guest count.

Do you cater at winelands and outdoor venues?

Yes — winelands venues, private farms, gardens and rooftops are home ground. We plan the kitchen setup around the venue (including venues with limited kitchens) and time each course around your ceremony, speeches and dance floor.

Can you handle halaal, vegetarian and allergy requirements at one wedding?

Yes. Mixed requirements across one guest list are normal for us — halaal-friendly, vegetarian, vegan and allergen-conscious plates are planned per seat with your table plan, so every guest is served correctly without fuss.

What service styles can we choose?

Plated service, family-style shared platters, buffets, or a mix — many couples do shared starters and plated mains. We also do canapé hours, grazing tables, dessert tables and late-night snacks for the dance floor.

How far ahead should we book our wedding caterer?

Popular season dates (October to April) go early — six months ahead is comfortable, and longer for Saturday dates. That said, if your date is closer, message us on WhatsApp; if we can make it work, we will.
